Our founder
Tanya McCalmon is the founder and director of Lennox Learning and Development, a strategic learning partner that helps organisations build cultures where inclusion and belonging are lived every day.
Bringing 15 years’ of experience working across sectors and cultures in the UK and internationally, Tanya bridges the worlds of education, business and intercultural communication. She has supported leaders and teams to reflect deeply, challenge meaningfully and grow sustainably, transforming good intention into lasting impact.
A chartered manager, educator and intercultural practitioner, Tanya combines lived experience with evidence-based practice to help organisations create alignment between their people, practice and purpose.
